Women’s behavioral health • Arizona
Care designed around her. A foundation built for recovery.
Mireille Wellness Clinic (MWC) is developing a women-only behavioral health facility in Arizona shaped around safety, dignity, privacy, connection, trauma-informed care and thoughtful support.
Why women
Women can arrive in behavioral health care carrying experiences of trauma, fear, shame, difficult relationships, caregiving responsibilities, privacy concerns or earlier experiences of not feeling heard.
For some women, an environment designed specifically around women can create additional room for privacy, connection and participation in care. At Mireille Wellness Clinic, gender-responsive care is reflected in the way spaces, routines, communication and relationships are considered from the beginning.
See what that means in practiceOur purpose
Our guiding belief is simple: healing begins when a person feels seen, supported and truly understood. Mireille Wellness Clinic is building a safe, structured and supportive environment for women facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma and related hardships.
Our purpose is to support stability, recovery and long-term well-being while creating care that can strengthen families and contribute to healthier communities.
Read about our purposeThe environment matters
The room. The light. The tone of a conversation. The ability to rest. The feeling of knowing what happens next.
Dignity is supported when personal space, communication and boundaries are thoughtfully protected.
Rest is part of wellbeing. The environment should support calm, routine and restoration.
Natural light, visual calm and access to welcoming spaces can change how an environment feels.
Healing should make room for supportive relationships without taking away a woman’s need for quiet or privacy.
Clear information and consistent routines can reduce uncertainty and help people understand what comes next.
Every interaction—from admission to transition—should communicate respect for the person receiving care.
What to expect
We believe people should be able to understand what care may look like before they arrive—not discover everything after they walk through the door.

Learn how the first conversations, orientation and settling-in process are approached.
See how care, meals, rest, group time, privacy and connection fit into the day.
Transition planning should begin with the life a woman will return to—not only the day she leaves.
