Care

Care begins with understanding the woman in front of us.

What she is experiencing. What she needs now. What will help her move toward greater stability and a stronger foundation for recovery.

Our approach

We are building a women-specific environment around safety, dignity, privacy, connection and trauma-informed principles. The goal is not to make care feel less serious. It is to make the experience of receiving care more thoughtful, clear and humane.

Pre-opening status: Mireille Wellness Clinic will obtain the applicable Arizona state licensure required for operation before opening. Joint Commission accreditation will be pursued as soon as the facility meets the Commission’s eligibility and service-volume requirements.

Assessment and care decisions should remain individualized. No website can determine whether a particular program is appropriate for a specific person, which is why eligibility and level-of-care decisions are reviewed directly with the care team.

01

Individual understanding

Care should begin with the person’s needs, history, goals and current circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all pathway.

02

Trauma-aware interaction

Language, privacy, predictability and boundaries matter. Staff interactions should support dignity and reduce avoidable distress.

03

Recovery beyond discharge

Transition planning should consider the realities of daily life, relationships, routines, ongoing treatment and community support.

The care experience

What we want every woman to understand.

You can ask questions.

Clear information is part of respectful care. A woman should be able to understand what is happening and why.

Privacy deserves attention.

Behavioral health care can involve vulnerable conversations. The environment and operating practices should reflect that.

Support can include family without erasing boundaries.

Family involvement should be considered thoughtfully, with appropriate consent, privacy and clinical judgment.

Care cannot promise an outcome.

Recovery is individual. We communicate hope without making guarantees about results.
